Yes. We read every email. Send your idea to support@devolv.tech with the product name in the subject line. We can't promise every suggestion ships, but feature requests directly shape our roadmap.
Typical response time is under 2 business days during US hours. Complex bug reports may take longer while we reproduce and diagnose the issue. We'll keep you posted.
Depending on scope. A single-purpose, offline, native app can take us roughly 4-8 weeks from design to submission. A product with backend sync, accounts, and multi-platform support is closer to 3-6 months for a first release, plus ongoing iteration after launch.
For any new product we usually start with a 1-2 week discovery phase to lock down scope. If you're reaching out about a partnership or custom build, email us with a rough description of what you have in mind and we'll come back with a realistic estimate.
