How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store the app was purchased from, not by Devolv directly.

For iOS, request a refund through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, request through Google Play: Google Play refund help.

I found a bug, what should I include in my email?

To help us reproduce the issue quickly, please include:

• Device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, Pixel 8)
• OS version (e.g. iOS 18.2, Android 14)
• App version (shown in the app's settings screen)
• Steps to reproduce the bug
• A screenshot or screen recording if possible

Can I request a feature?

Yes. We read every email. Send your idea to support@devolv.tech with the product name in the subject line. We can't promise every suggestion ships, but feature requests directly shape our roadmap.

How long until I get a reply?

Typical response time is under 2 business days during US hours. Complex bug reports may take longer while we reproduce and diagnose the issue. We'll keep you posted.

How long does it take build a product?

Depending on scope. A single-purpose, offline, native app can take us roughly 4-8 weeks from design to submission. A product with backend sync, accounts, and multi-platform support is closer to 3-6 months for a first release, plus ongoing iteration after launch.
